Previously, we had a brilliant experience where Zoe really helped us understand the travel systems and pros and cons of different systems. Unfortunately, this time was the absolute opposite. No help from the staff. There were 3 staff members only one was occupied with another customer. The other 2 completely ignored us, one of which was Richard, the manager, the other was Libby. He walked past us and just looked at us with no acknowledgement at all. We helped ourselves with measuring the pram we wanted and left the store. It left us wondering whether it is store policy to not help the Black families as we sat and observed 2 other black families walk in and not get support. Safe to say we will not be spending our money here.

Our first visit whilst we were in this area, good new discovery. Amazing items and good prices. Don’t expect anything to be marked down by 90% like other fashion brands but we bought what we will gift our nephew for an upcoming birthday party. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

We had a fantastic experience my husband and I yesterday November 15th. Thank you to the team especially Amber for your help, knowledge, patience and kindness. I had a lot of questions and requirements because it is our first baby and she helped us from start to finish answering all of our questions and advices us on what is the best for us and our lifestyle. It didn’t felt like she was pushing on us products or forcing us to buy what’s the most expensive things like a lot shops do which I can’t stand. Her approach was genuine and sincere. She truly took the time to genuinely advice and guide us on what to get which we appreciate. They have a certain amount of choice and prices are fair. We will come back soon! Highly recommended it! Thank you again !!

It was so disappointing to be in a store for 30 minutes and not have one staff member acknowledge you the entire time. Especially when both Libby and Richard “the manager” were standing around idly for most of that period. Before leaving, I expressed my displeasure with the lack of customer service and received a fake apology in a nonchalant manner from Libby. She then all of a sudden wanted to help, by which point I was no longer interested and left the store with my husband. It was especially disheartening to observe 2 other black families who were also not offered any assistance in store. I guess Mamas and Papas outlet only offer customer service if you colour is worthy to the staff. I will never return or spend money there.

Really good selection and super helpful staff. Not too expensive and always deals there. Staff are brilliant and you can book in to see a specialist for a dedicated time slot. We saw Lauren who was brilliant and super helpful. They also do refurbished and nearly new items.

***RELOCATED*** Now located on the other side of roundabout. Good shop for reduced baby things. But not everything is reduced and it’s a hit and miss if you get a bargain. Best to go on a weekday when stock is renewed. Some things are full priced but always check on the internet as some things could be cheaper elsewhere.

Went to the Huddersfield outlet recently and was helped by Nichola to select the best pram and car seat for us. She was amazingly knowledgeable and very helpful with a constant smile. Helped us get the best package and at excellent value.

Not too bad. Some good coups from here but most items don’t actually work out that much cheaper than the stores themselves, but we’ll worth going in local to Huddersfield or even that side of Calderdale. Staff pleasant and polite and a lovely building and grounds, although what really put me off was the car park and the state of it. Looked like a strong gale blew over a bin to scatter all over it. Just a quick sweep up would make all the difference in the world. First impressions count.

Waste of time! We drove for over an hour to visit advertised sale event... Yet prices were disappointing. You can get cheaper bundles online on different websites.
